Shipping
We ship customer's order daily via USPS.
Please note that we ship worldwide. However, there are restrictions on some products, and they cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Order processing begins when we receive your confirmed order and payment.
CPS Fragrance Co. will email you the tracking information for your order when it is generated in our system. Please allow up to 24 hours for the shipping carrier to update the information.
Returns Policy
Undelivered customer order returned to CPS Fragrance Co. by the shipping carrier due to customer's incorrect address or for other reasons, can be re-shipped to customer for an additional shipping cost to mail the item. We will contact the customer if this occurs. Please make every effort to input your correct shipping address at checkout. Apartment number or lot number, where applicable, must be included in your shipping address.
If the shipping carrier has damaged your order during transit, please contact us within 7 days so that we can resolve the issue. Please Contact Us for authorization before returning an item. We will need your order number and details about the product you would like to return. Once we receive this information from the customer, we will respond with instructions for how to return items from your order.
*Handcrafted Perfume body oils and other body care products can not be returned if they are opened and/or used by customer.
