Please note that we ship worldwide. However, there are restrictions on some products, and they cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Order processing begins when we receive your confirmed order and payment.
CPS Fragrance Co. will email you the tracking information for your order when it is generated in our system. Please allow up to 24 hours for the shipping carrier to update this information.
Returns Policy
Undelivered customer order returned to CPS Fragrance Co. by the shipping carrier due to customer's incorrect address or for other reasons, can be re-shipped to customer for an additional shipping cost to mail the item. We will contact the customer if this occurs. Please make every effort to input your correct shipping address at checkout. Apartment number or lot number, where applicable, must be included in your shipping address.
